Coming soon — opening for the 2027 filing season.
How It Works

One 30-minute meeting. Everything else is already done.

Most of the work that used to take hours of back-and-forth happens before you ever sit down with a preparer. Here's exactly how a return moves from "I haven't started" to "filed."

  1. Book your 30-minute meeting

You'll choose your service type (individual, small business, expat, or amended/prior-year return) and book a 30-minute slot through our secure client portal. You'll create a portal account protected by two-factor sign-in.

  2. Upload your documents

Upload the documents we ask for — W-2s, 1099s, prior-year returns, business records, foreign income statements, whatever applies to you — directly into the secure portal. Your documents are stored only in our access-controlled AWS vault, never on this website.

  3. Our systems do the first pass

Our document-processing and tax-preparation systems read your documents, ask you any follow-up questions through the portal, check your figures against current IRS rules, and prepare a draft return ahead of your meeting.

  4. A credentialed preparer reviews everything

Before your meeting, a credentialed human preparer reviews the draft return and the questions it raised. They are the one who ultimately signs your return — our systems prepare, people decide.

  5. Meet for 30 minutes

In your scheduled meeting, your preparer walks through the draft return with you, answers your questions, and makes any adjustments you need. This is the meeting for review and decisions, not data entry — that's already done.

  6. Approve, pay, and file

Once you're happy with your return, you approve it, pay, and your preparer submits it. You'll get a copy of everything that was filed.

Prefer not to schedule a live meeting?

An express, no-meeting review path is also planned alongside the 30-minute meeting option. Your assigned preparer reviews your documents and reaches out with any questions through secure portal messages instead of a live call — so you're never filing alone, even without a scheduled meeting. Details will be published once the portal is live.

Why this works

AI does the prep. A human decides.

Our agents handle the parts of tax prep that are repetitive and time-consuming: reading documents, checking math, cross-referencing current IRS rules, and drafting the return. That frees your preparer's 30 minutes for the parts that actually need a person — understanding your situation, answering your questions, and making judgment calls. Every return is reviewed and signed by a credentialed human preparer before it's filed; our systems never file a return on their own.
